Terms of Service

These terms set out the agreement between VPNLW and its users for international route subscriptions. They cover the scope of the service, the rules for accounts and subscriptions, compliance requirements, service availability and limits of liability, refunds and account termination, and how the terms may change. Please read them in full before subscribing.

Last updated: 2026-10

Key points: subscriptions are billed monthly and data resets each month on the activation date; an account can be used on unlimited devices, but only by the account holder; a full, no-questionss-asked refund can be requested within 7 days of the first payment; reselling subscriptions, sharing accounts or using the service for unlawful purposes is prohibited.

1. Service Scope and Coverage

VPNLW provides international route subscriptions, currently covering 120+ countries / 230+ routes, for cross-border access to international websites, overseas services and network acceleration. Once a subscription is active, users can get the subscription link from the user panel and import it into clients for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in three tiers (prices and data allowances are on the pricing page): ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB and ¥28/month with 500GB. Plan data resets each month on the activation date; if you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Separate data packs are also available at ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB — they are used until exhausted and never expire.

Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. No email address is needed to register — a username and password are enough. The service supplies routes and access resources only and comes with no content licences from any third-party platform; whether a third-party site or app is reachable depends on its own policies.

2. Account and Subscription Usage Rules

An account may only be used by the person who registered it. The same account can be signed in on unlimited devices, but the account, the subscription link or the subscription content may not be resold, rented out, lent, publicly shared or distributed to third parties in any form.

A subscription link is equivalent to account credentials. Users are responsible for keeping their password and subscription URL safe; if a leak is suspected, the subscription can be reset in the user panel, and the old link stops working immediately after the reset.

Users must ensure that their registration details do not infringe anyone else's rights, must not impersonate others, and must not use a username identical or similar to another party's brand or trademark for misleading activity. When a plan's data runs out, users can upgrade the plan or buy a data pack in the panel to keep using the service.

3. Acceptable Use Requirements

When using the service, users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and with these terms, and are responsible for everything they do through the service.

The service must not be used for: activity that breaks the laws and regulations of your location; infringing anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other lawful rights; sending spam, network scanning, penetration testing, denial-of-service attacks or interference with other people's networks and devices; distributing malware, fraudulent content or unlawful material; unauthorised access to other people's systems and data.

If an account engages in any of the above, the service may, after verification, suspend or terminate that account's access and reserves the right to pursue further liability.

4. Service Availability and Liability Limits

The service continuously maintains its routes and nodes, and planned maintenance is announced in advance through panel notices. Connection speed and availability will fluctuate because of international link adjustments, submarine cable maintenance, changes in upstream carrier policy and the user's local network conditions; the service does not guarantee speeds at any particular time, nor the reachability of any particular third-party service.

The service is not liable for outages or data loss caused by: errors in the user's device, system or client configuration; restrictions on the user's local network, routing equipment or carrier; the user's breach of these terms or incorrect operation; force majeure, natural disasters, power outages or backbone network failures — events beyond reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, the service's total liability for the subscription is capped at the amount the user actually paid for that subscription. For how personal data is handled, see the Privacy Policy.

5. Refunds and Account Termination

A full, no-questions-asked refund can be requested within 7 days of the first payment. Requests are submitted through the ticket system in the user panel with the order details; once approved, the money is returned via the original payment method, and how quickly it arrives depends on the payment provider's processing. Orders older than 7 days run for the normal subscription period and are no longer eligible for a no-questions-asked refund.

An account may be terminated in the following cases: breach of the acceptable use requirements in section 3; reselling, renting out or publicly sharing the account or subscription; registering or paying under someone else's identity; verified abuse, including high-concurrency requests beyond normal use, scanning and attacks.

If an account is terminated for the above reasons, the subscription link stops working immediately, remaining data and time are not refunded or prorated, and the refund terms do not apply. Users may also stop using the service at any time simply by not renewing; the subscription ends automatically when it expires.

6. Changes and Effective Date

The service may update these terms because of business adjustments, legal requirements or changes in service capability. Updated terms are published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page is revised at the same time; material changes affecting users' rights and obligations are announced in the user panel.

After the terms are updated, continued use of the service counts as acceptance of the updated content; if you do not accept it, you should stop using the service and not renew when the subscription expires.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms and the Privacy Policy together form the entire agreement between the user and the service. Questions about these terms can be submitted through the ticket system after signing in to the user panel, or you can check the Help Center.
